Magebu Free Zone is a designated special economic area in Burundi, comprising of two strategic zones:

  • Magebu-Gatumba – Focused on industrial products
  • Magebu-Kobero – Specialized in agro-industrial and consumer goods

  • Magebu-Gatumba: In Bujumbura city less than 15minute drive to DRC border
  • Magebu-Kobero: In Muyinga province about 10 minutes to Kobero(Burundi - Tanzania boarder
